Mr. Aydin Yildirim was Really good. He always assisted me with anything I needed. I also appreciated the hotel's location near major attractions. Water bottles were available daily in my room, which I really needed.
The road closures made taxi access difficult. It was challenging to arrive or depart with a taxi or car. Public transport is best during rush hours.

The staff was always ready to assist and they provided complimentary water bottles. I found this to be very thoughtful and efficient. It helped me stay hydrated throughout my visit.

i was really looking forward to my stay, but there were a few issues that dampened my experience. the room felt quite cramped, especially with luggage, it was a double room. the mini bar was empty, a bit disappointing. also, the staff at the pub seemed a bit unfriendly, it made me uncomfortable.

The hotel's location provided easy access to nearby attractions. i appreciated the short walk to the grand bazaar. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of foods. Housekeeping was super clean. the room was always clean.
